It’s week 1, day 3! Yesterday was the first running workout. You would think that after working out fairly consistently for four months, a run would be no big deal! That wasn’t quite the case. It comes with the territory of working at 94.5 Country that you love country music. At least I do! I listen to music at work, getting ready in the morning, mowing the yard, and especially when I run.
