Turnpike Troubadours formed in 2005 in Oklahoma. The band’s music blends elements of Red Dirt, Americana, and Texas Country. Turnpike Troubadours is known for their energetic live performances and heartfelt songwriting. Some of their popular songs include “Long Hot Summer Day,” “Gin, Smoke, Lies,” “Every Girl,” and “Good Lord Lorrie.” They have released several albums, including “Bossier City” (2007), “Diamonds & Gasoline” (2010), and “A Long Way from Your Heart” (2017) & “A Cat In The Rain” (2023). The band has garnered a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim within the country music scene.
